On September, 30th, 2010 Natalya Bondarenko will start to work for źSlavutich╗, Carlsberg Group in the position of Legislative Director. The new TOP manager will join the Board of the company and will report directly to Chief Executive Peter Chernyshov.
Among the main responsibilities of Natalya in her new post is legal assistance of all functions of the company, especially the projects of the sales department and marketing, and the strategic legal support of źSlavutich╗, Carlsberg Group. Besides, in case of a precedent, Natalya will protect the rights of the company in courts of Ukraine.
Natalya Bondarenko is a respected professional with 13-year experience in the legal field. Before joining źSlavutich╗, Carlsberg Group, she worked as a lawyer for Philip Morris Ukraine for more than 8 years where she gave legal support in all key areas of the company in Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, and Moldova. Natalya was also responsible for legal support of the construction and commissioning of the new cigarette factory and legal support of the projects of all departments of the company, including Government Relations Department. Among her numerous achievements is a positive decision of litigations with the customs and tax administration in favour of the company.
Before joining Philip Morris Ukraine Natalya worked as a lawyer for the Unilever Ukraine LLC , and earlier - for Gedeon Richter Joint Venture.
Natalya Bondarenko graduated from Faculty of Law of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
