On January 17th, 2011 the registration of a new charter of PJSC Slavutich Brewery completed the adjustment of company's activity with the Law of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies" and consolidation of Carlsberg Group assets in Ukraine.
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Joint Stock Companies" the joint venture has also changed its name from OJSC to PJSC. Thus, the consolidated assets of Carlsberg Group in Ukraine are now managed by Public Joint-Stock Company Slavutich Brewery.
The final stage of converting to a single share should be the registration of share issue of PJSC Slavutich Brewery in the amount of joint ventures.
The requirements of debtors and creditors of Lvivska Brewery were taken into account and satisfied in the process of converting to a single share of the two entities; the audit of accounts was held by independent auditors. On December 29th, 2010 OJSC Lvivska Brewery was excluded from the Uniform State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine.
It should be reminded that shareholders' meetings of OJSC Slavutich Brewery and OJSC Lvivska Brewery took place on June 25th, 2010 in Zaporizhzhya and on June 29th, 2010 in Lviv respectively. The main issue of the agenda of activities was the approval of the decision to convert OJSC Lvivska Brewery and OJSC Slavutich Brewery to a single share.
